 Wow!  that is one word to describe my experience at South Bay.  I took in a watch for a new battery and when I got my watch back it worked great and they even cleaned and polished it for me.  Thanks you guys!

Ladies, had a blast... I took in my ring for a re-size.  After having two kids my finger is not the same size it was previously!  I worked with a nice young man that walked me through the process of re-sizing.  I worked with jeweler who was very nice and fast.  After looking over the ring for me, they found one of my prongs had been missing.  They fixed it and had me come in the next day.  Great Service, great staff!  Oh did I mention I had my kids in and they had lolly pops for my kids. :)
